Weingut Dax in Ernst

Somewhat larger winery in Ernst with beautiful rooms in the old and new inn as well as a very new and attractive vinotheque with a view of the Moselle ... all in all tastefully redesigned ... see TopLogo⭐⭐⭐ Host service breakfast were also very accommodating and therefore fully recommendable (Small change request Make sure to illuminate the room on the 2nd floor of the old inn 👍) Unfortunately we couldn't try the wines properly ... due to the current pandemic situation there was no wine tasting and no food and so we always ended up somewhere else in the evening and of course found other good wine suppliers. 🥂 Next time it will definitely work 😊👍😊

Nice room in the winery with a view of the Moselle. Very friendly owners, good breakfast and a full wine cooler with good wines. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

The three of us wanted to rent a room there for August in June. First they wrote us in the email that we could choose an appointment. We wrote back after 2 days when we had chosen an appointment. Then they said it was all occupied and they could offer us a room for November, whereupon we declined thanks. We didn't really understand it. The only way we could explain it was that they might prefer to rent the rooms for a week rather than just a weekend. Because now everyone is on vacation in Germany. No matter we booked another hotel. Today we wanted to ask there if we can do a wine tasting. Whereupon the employee at the counter gave us very sparing information and made it clear that it existed once but they no longer need it. I give the one star because, despite all the disappointment, it looks pretty nice and appealing.

It was wonderful. The rooms are lovingly furnished, with attention to detail. The service is outstanding, the Dax family is very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful break from everyday life.

Just about the nicest place to be in Ernst. Super cozy wine tube with a relaxing and oh so attractive inner terrace. Also very good wines on the menu and good food. And last but not least, very friendly people! We will definitely be back!

We were allowed to enjoy an extensive and extensive wine tasting. Family Dax has brought the Vinotel and the winery earlier from the "hibernation" especially for our group earlier. Incidentally, the wines are also recommended.

In good weather, the courtyard is very comfortable to drink a glass of wine. Romantic decorated with many candles / lamps and grapevines.
